The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel important and not just heard but actually listened to. An excellent care during my surgery both pre and post op. Special mention to the best phisio I've ever met, Dimple. She's been super-professional, helpful, understanding and reassuring by having explained what was happening with my body in the way it was easier to absorb some discomfort I've been experiencing. And the blond lady at the Reception who has been greeting me with genuine smile and by my first name. They really made me feel the have been there for me. Thank you!

I recently had knee surgery at Woodthorpe Hospital, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the quality of care and services was exceptional. The staff were attentive, professional, and compassionate, ensuring I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process. What an amazing hospital! I was so well looked after by caring kind and professional staff. I was so nervous but soon put at ease by Rebecca my designated nurse and Lucy my HCA on the ward. I was shown how to use crutches and stairs by the lovely physio Francis. Then greeted by Helen in theatre who was so friendly and caring. I feel very lucky to have had my Hammer toes corrected by in my opinion the best foot surgeon Mr karuppiah along with his anaesthetist. I cannot thank them enough! The recovery team took great care of me and gave me pain relief straightaway. If I could give 10 stars I would they are truly amazing!!!

Went in for Elbow Cubital Release (lesion of ulnar nerve) was treated with the up most respect from start to finish and all questions answered to put me at ease, ward nurse was lovely as was all the staff I encountered surgeon talked me through the procedure every step of the way and am very pleased and happy with my now good elbow/ arm. From start to finish was a pleasure. I cannot thank this hospital enough for the treatment provided and the lovely respectful setting I encountered.

The hospital is clean and well presented. The administrative staff and friendly and appear knowledgeable on the process and seem happy to help. The medical facilities appear quite modern and well maintained. All adds to take the stress away from the situation. Only minor comment is the car park is always quite busy, but that said, we managed to get parked on every occasion.
